Refund Policy and Procedures:
No need to contact us. Just follow the instructions for a fast
exchange or refund.
Within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipment, you may
return any merchandise in its original condition.
Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or UPS
(Training Partners USA, Inc. will refund actual shipping costs
from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or shipment errors).
Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip.
If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating
the purchaser's name, address and date of purchase. Send returns to:

We do not accept CODs
Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or
replacement merchandise.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business
days of us receiving your return. NOTE: no refunds are issued
for opened videos and DVD's; they can only be exchanged for
a new one.
Items that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery,
are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged
a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
